CASA LAVARIAS IS LOCATED ON PUROK SADJO,
LOAKAN, BAGUIO CITY. SITUATED ON AN INTERIOR LOT WITH A 3- METER WIDE ROAD ACCESS ON THE FRONT AND AN ALLEY ALONG THE REAR END OF THE HOUSE WITH A VIEW OF THE LOAKAN AIRPORT AT ABOUT 50-METERS AWAY.
THE PROJECT IS AN EXTENSION OF AN EXISTING
ONE–STOREY RESIDENCE WHICH CATERS TO A SIMPLE
FAMILY OF FIVE MEMBERS WITH THE CHILDREN.
